Directions and recommended usage

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 - 2 capsules per day or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

• Each capsule contains:
• Liposomal Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) Complex (equivalent to Quali C ascorbic acid 500mg, 18mg citrus bioflavonoids, and 222 mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer)
