Refund policy
Because of the nature of our products and business we do not accept returns and refunds.
Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis and Zayaan Wellness accept a return at our own discretion.
- Request must be within 14 days of purchase date
- Approved refund returns will only be accepted if the items(s) are still in their original unopened packaging.
- The approved refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order.
- Where an approved refund is requested, whereby the customer has changed their mind any shipping fees, payment and platform fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Refund will only be processed pending the condition of the item(s)
- Should item(s) arrive damaged or spoiled, the customer will have a choice of either a refund or replacement (pending stock availability)
