Collection at PUDO Locker

We offer nationwide delivery to a PUDO locker, excluding the Cape Town area, for a flat rate of R65. Opting for this method can help you save on shipping costs.

When your order is delivered to a PUDO locker, you'll receive notifications via email and/or SMS informing you that your parcel is ready for collection.

Utilize the 6-digit PIN provided to unlock the locker and retrieve your parcel.

Upon receiving notification that your parcel is ready for collection, please ensure to collect it within 36 hours.

To successfully utilize this delivery method, please follow these steps:

• Confirm the availability of a PUDO locker near your shipping address here.
• Provide accurate shipping address details, including your email and mobile number, during the order placement process.

Important: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that a PUDO Locker is available near your shipping address. Zayaan Wellness will not assume responsibility if the parcel is delivered to a PUDO Locker that is nearest to your shipping address but located outside the boundaries of your suburb or town.

When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with the exact location and contact details.
