Ordering and Checkout

How to place an order


To place an order, simply do the following:

Browse our store – Explore our range of wellness products, from supplements to skincare. Take your time to read the descriptions and find what best suits your needs.

Add to cart – Once you've found the product/s, click the "Add to Basket" button. You can review your cart at any time by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top of the page.

Proceed to checkout – When you're ready to complete your order, go to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout".  You will need to agree with our terms and conditions.

Checking out – At checkout:

    1. Enter you email address, this is so we can send you the order confirmation and keep you up to date regarding your order.
    2. Choose whether you would like to receive emails from us about new specials and offers
    3. Choose whether you want to Pickup your order or have it Ship to address
    4. If you chose Ship to address:
      • Enter your shipping address correctly and mobile number.
      • Tick "Save this information for next time" in order to save your address for the next time you order again.
    5. If you chose Pickup in store,
        • Enter your billing address correctly and mobile number.
    6. Select a payment method that works best for you and complete your purchase. 
    7. Review all the details, and select "Pay Now", you will be redirected to our payment page.  Here you will submit your payment details, i.e. Credit/Debit card, banking details etc for payment

Order Confirmation - Check your email for order confirmation email.

Order processing & delivery – Our team will carefully pack your order and have it ready for pickup or shipping as soon as possible. You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.

Changing your order

Unfortunately, you can not modify or change your orders once it has been placed.

If you forgot an item on your order, you would have to place another order separately, which will then be treated as a unique order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • To Door Cape Town - R65 (1-3 Business Days)
  • To Door Cape Town Surrounding Areas - R95 (1-3 Business Days)
  • To Door Rest of South Africa - R110 (2-4 Business Days)
  • PUDO Locker - R70 (2-4 Business Days)

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped usually within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders can take from 2-4 working days for delivery depending on the destination.
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Ensure the correct delivery address and ensure you are either at home during delivery hours.
  • Deliveries usually occur between 8AM and 5PM Monday to Friday, but may vary.
  • We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs on orders.
  • Please note delivery delays may occur during public holidays,
    promotions, or due to courier backlogs. We will do our best to keep you
    informed if your order is affected.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Parcels

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed
delivery attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping for orders over R1200

Local Pickup/Collection

We offer collection service, you can collect your online order in Lansdowne, Cape Town

Orders are processed and usually ready within 1-2 business days.

Collection strictly:

  • Mon - Thur - 15:30 - 17:30
  • Fri - 09:00 - 11:30
  • No Collection on Public Holiday

Important Collection Policy:

Orders placed for collection will be packaged for collection only, not for shipping. If you choose to use a third-party service such as Uber or a courier for collection, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are properly packaged for shipping by the 3rd Party

Collect at a PUDO Locker


We offer nationwide delivery to a PUDO locker, excluding the Cape Town area.  Opting for this method can help you save on shipping costs.

  • When your order is delivered to a PUDO locker, you'll receive notifications via email and/or SMS informing you that your parcel is ready for collection.
  • Utilize the 6-digit PIN provided to unlock the locker and retrieve your parcel.
  • Upon receiving notification that your parcel is ready for collection, please ensure to collect it within 36 hours.

To successfully utilize this delivery method, please follow these steps:

  1. Check PUDO Locker Availability
    Before checkout, confirm the availability of a PUDO locker near your shipping address here
  2. Selecting the PUDO Locker Shipping Method
    During checkout, select the PUDO Locker Shipping Method.
    Please provide accurate shipping address details, including your email and mobile number.
    These details will be used to ship your order to the nearest locker if you do not manually select a PUDO Locker during the next steps
  3. Order Confirmation and Locker Selection
    After confirming your order, check your order confirmation email.
    The email will guide you through selecting your preferred PUDO Locker where you'd like your order delivered.
    In order to avoid delays, if no locker is selected within 2 hours of placing your order, your order will be shipped to the nearest available locker based on your shipping address.

Important: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that a PUDO Locker is available near your shipping address. Zayaan Wellness will not assume responsibility if the parcel is delivered to a PUDO Locker that is nearest to your shipping address but located outside the boundaries of your suburb or town.

Tracking your order

We supply a tracking number as soon as your order is booked in with the courier. The courier only supply tracking events once your order has been collected from us and scanned in.

If you still do not see any tracking events or updates within 48 hours, kindly contact our support team for more information by emailing support@zayaanwellness.com, please quote your order reference number.

What happens if my ordered item is out of stock

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you within one working day with an update and alternative options.

Can I pay for my order on delivery or collection

Unfortunately not. We utilize third party couriers for our orders and cannot process payment on delivery.

For collection orders, collection will only be confirmed once payment has been processed.

International Shipments

Unfortunately, we do NOT ship internationally.
We are limited to South Africa only.

Account Sign in, Management & Security

Is it necessary to sign in or sign up

No, you don’t need to sign in to place an order—you can check out as a guest.

However, creating an account makes things easier! With an account, you can:

  • Save your shipping details for a faster checkout
  • Access your order history for easy reordering.

It’s completely optional but definitely convenient.

For convenience you can no sign in with your Google account.

How to create an Account

To create an account,

  1. Click the “Sign in” button at the top right of your screen, or if you browsing on your mobile click the menu icon, scroll down and click "Sign in"
  2. Select the “Create Account” next to the “Sign In” button, or sign in with your social media account

Sign in without password

You can login into your account using your Google and Facebook account, simply go to the Sign in page and select sign in with Google or Facebook

You can also login to you account via new accounts here. Submit your email address and login with the code sent to your email address, no need to remember your password.

Halaal refers to what is permissible or lawful in Islamic law, particularly concerning food, beverages, and other aspects of life. In the context of food, halal guidelines dictate what is acceptable for Muslims to consume.

Zayaan Wellness makes every effort to feature products that are either Halaal Certified or Halaal Compliant (without Certification). We are committed to never intentionally listing products that are not suitable for Halaal consumption.

If you believe that a product does not meet Halaal standards or if you have any inquiries regarding its Halaal status, we kindly ask you to share your concerns and findings with us via support@zayaanwellnes.com or Instagram DM.

This approach will allow us to engage in a friendly and respectful conversation, share knowledge and insight, conduct a reasonable investigation, and take the necessary steps to address the situation appropriately.
