Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Courier Guy Locker Pickup

Prefer to collect your order at your own convenience? We offer delivery to PUDO Lockers at a flat rate of R70. Once your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive a notification with your unique collection code.

Pargo Pickup Points

We also offer delivery to Pargo Pickup Points at a flat rate of R75. Pargo has thousands of collection points across South Africa, including at major retailers. You will be notified when your parcel is ready for collection.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel here:

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back in the future as we continue to grow.
