How to use

Suitable for: Adults, Children aged 13 years and above, Vegetarians and People following a gluten free diet

• Use 1 spray a day (pack contains 50 - 100 sprays)
• Once opened, use within 6 months
• It's recommended to get vitamin D from a combination of sunlight exposure, dietary sources, and supplements, under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
