How to use

Shake the bottle before use. Roll the product in a circular motion under clean feet, onto wrists, behind ears or on the back of neck or let your child inhale the scent.

When to use: If your child is cranky/upset. When your child is overwhelmed and having a meltdown. In the morning or throughout the day to prevent tantrums. Before bedtime to help your child sleep better.
